Producer

We are a small family farm with a crew of 5, Larry, Caitlin and our 3 boys, and our first girl due to arrive in May. We both have a background in Hospitality and Culinary arts and have witnessed first hand the importance of where our food comes from, how it is raised and the growing practices. We wanted to be a part of the movement to bring back the small family farm and a healthier local food system. As well as be a part of revitalizing our rural communities. In 2017 we found our dream located just north of Mancelona Michigan and went for it. We realized our dream and were able to move our family here in October of 2017 and could not wait to get started breathing life back into the farm.

We also have a Farm Market located on property which not only carries our goods but that of 16 other local farmers and producers. Which includes everything from fruit, produce, to perogies, fish, sauces, handmade goat milk soaps and more. If you are ever in the area stop out and enjoy. We also offer private chef services and do seasonal dinners on the farm.

We use organic practices, no hormones, no antibiotics, on the livestock and produce side. For processing we do not use MSG and no Nitrates.
